We supply Corrugated Steel Roofing Sheets in different sizes and lengths.

The Standard specifications are as follows :

Size(Thickness) : 0.11 mm to 0.70 mm
Width : 750 mm to 1000 mm
Zinc Coating Z10 to Z27 (90 gsm to 275gsm) as per GIS 3302-1994
Tolerance on Thickness : As per table 15of GIS 3302-1994
Tolerance on Width : +7mm,-0 mm
Tolerance on Length : +15 mm,-0mm
Tolerance on Mass : As per cl.13.4 of GIS 3302-1994

Dimensional Tolerance
Width of Corrungation : +25 mm,-10 mm
Depth of Corrungation : +1.5 mm
Pitch of Corrungation : +2 mm

Packing
Galv roofing sheets are packed in Sea Worthy Packing. They are wrapped firstly with Bituminished Plastic (Hessian) cloth all four side secondly ,boxing with GP sheets and thirdly strapping with 19mm MS annealed strip over three points width wise and two points over length wise, to give it extra protection.
