Galvanized Steel Coils

We supply Galvanised Steel Coils in different thickness and widths.

The Standard specifications are as follows ::

Size(Thickness) : 0.11 mm to 0.70 mm
Width : 750 mm to 1000 mm
Zinc Coating : Z10 to Z27(90 gsm to 275gsm)as per GIS 3302-1994
Tolerance on Thickness : As per table 15of GIS 3302-1994
Tolerance on Width : +7mm,-0 mm
Tolerance on Mass : +/- 5%

Packing
Galvanised Steel coils are packed in Sea Worthy Packing. First there is Double wrapping of plastic & HDPE cloths, Strapping of MS annealed strip of 19 mm at 3 points over 120 degree of ID & OD rings on both sides including steel sheets over the circumference will be provided before steel strapping, to give it extra protection.
